Rönnowska School is the largest upper secondary school in Helsingborg and is at the absolute forefront when it comes to education. All the vocational programs we offer are certified by the industry, which is unique for a school in Sweden with so many vocational programs. At Rönnowska School, we have approximately 1,000 students and over 140 employees.
Job Responsibilities
Teaching on the Construction and Civil Engineering program. We are looking for teachers who can primarily teach our adult students who have chosen to study to become carpenters. The position includes, in addition to teaching the vocational courses of the specialization, planning and documentation. Part of the students' education is work-based learning (APL), which involves contact with companies, follow-up, and assessment of the students' learning in collaboration with the companies' supervisors. The educators work in teams, where teachers collaborate with the students' best interests in focus.

Qualifications
You have relevant teacher certification and fresh experience from the industry. You use pedagogical documentation as a method to increase awareness of your own work in the school. With the help of pedagogical documentation, you make visible and reflect on attitudes and learning processes. Documentation is used to understand and make new decisions. For you, modern technology is a natural choice in your role as an educator, and you use ICT as a tool for knowledge seeking, communication, creation, and learning. You find it easy to collaborate with others, are creative, inventive, and solution-focused.
